RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
You can return the products for a refund within 10 days of placing your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them. Since each frame is individually designed, and this is also communicated on the website, no returns are accepted for aesthetic reasons. The refund will be the full cost of returning the FramePlay products, excluding shipping costs. The postage costs for returning the goods to us are non-refundable.
Please contact us before returning an item. This will allow us to process the return efficiently.
Once the return is processed, please provide the tracking code via email. Once the item is received, we will refund the full price of the product within 10 business days. Please remember to include your order number when returning your order.

LOST ITEMS IN TRANSIT / LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
By placing an order with us, you agree to our delivery times. Most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, however, external factors can sometimes cause delays.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
FramePlay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon request, FramePlay will confirm delivery to the specified address, the delivery date, and tracking information for the customer to review.
