According to Swiss law, exchanges and returns are generally excluded unless there is a defect or partial defect, or the product was delivered incorrectly. In these cases, FramePlay must be notified by email to info@frameplay.ch within 3 days of receiving the product (including photos, order number, and item number); otherwise, this right of return expires. The buyer must await FramePlay's written response before exchanging or returning the product. Return shipping costs are borne by FramePlay if the product is defective or has defects. If the buyer fails to comply with one or more of the above conditions, their right to exchange or return expires. If the item cannot be exchanged (the item is no longer in stock) or if an item is returned, the money will be refunded to the customer.
